Red Sky Energy is an exploration company focused on Coal Seam Gas (CSG) with a substantial exploration acreage position across several basins in Queensland and New South Wales.  Red Sky aims to become a significant player in coal seam gas in Australia by identifying gas resources through the expansion and exploration of its acreage portfolio and through application of innovative technology that enhances the value of its coal seam gas resources. 

Red Sky has substantial acreage positions as well as a farm in to prospective acreage being evaluated that are expectee.  Further opportunities to acquire and farm in to prospective acreage are being evaluated and are expected to lead to further growth in Red Sky's acreage holdings.

Australia has recently seen the emergence of a number of new liquefied natural gas (LNG) projects in Queensland.  This means that a major new market for gas is developing and even more significantly, will result in a gas market with pricing that is linked to global oil prices.  Red Sky aims to capitalise on the global appetite for clean energy, the value recognised in gas exploration acreage and the preference for investment in Australia that major energy companies have demonstrated.
